The course provides an understanding of the importance of planning and management in tourism development and the vital role of marketing in both public and commercial sector tourism.

Familiarizes students with property management systems, POS restaurant systems, menu management systems, inventory systems, and the accompanying hardware and software used within the hospitality industry.
